When I thought of LOA, it was in reference to the collective Gods in Haitian Voodoo. They're called the LOA. They're the Gods that black folks in the south (especially New Orleans) pray to who are praticing VOODOO! The reason we use it is 'cause our old name, FULLTON'S POINT, was already taken by a shitty band from England so we had to change names. Fullton's Point was allegedly the place where Robert Johnson's Crossroads were located, and the story of LEGBA at the Crossroads is a variation on an ancient Haitian legend.
It is extremely relevant to point out, however, that LOA could be considered an ancronym in relation to us because I am a huge proponent of the LAW OF ATTRACTION. I only noticed that LOA could stand for Law Of Attraction about a month ago and it was a cool realization.
