For all you know, my name is Daniel Bernstein.
I have been writing songs and performing in bands since middle school.
Once I toured with my friends the Moldy Peaches as their opening act in 2001.
Once I was part of a band called Larval Organs.
We released a record on Brooklyn's Tuolumne Records.
Mostly I've made records on my own.
And played a bunch of shows at small clubs in Manhattan and Brooklyn.
Especially the Sidewalk Cafe on Avenue A.
I made an album earlier this year with my band Whisper Doll.
The Whisper Doll record was produced by Tony Maimone of Pere Ubu infamy.
By the end of 2008 I will have completed my second album of the year.
It is with my newest band the Everybody Knows.
The record is being engineered by the very talented Brian Speaker.
