The night is hosted by Tryg and The lovely Miss Sam Simmons of Channel 4 fame. DJ Dock Rock spins the wheels of steel till late. Guitar grooves and all time classics.

Darcy, great to hear from you my friend ! I remember our early morning trips to Balans very well and have very fond memories of our natterings over a full monty breakfast ! Myself and those old tarts Kathryn and Lindsey still indulge in a bit of Balans every now and again.
