Above:2 important influences in my work- Sound (my music,soundtracks etc) and Vision (my Photography lens and eye for design). l've only 2 big prints of these that l may sell signed and numbered later this year.
My work, Now lets see interests . . .Art, photography, l photograph ladies and gentlemen. l like beautiful shiney ornaments and other objects, erotic victorian art, (Don Winslow's Victorian Erotica/A Stately English Mansion | A Night in a Moorish Harem) l have a passion for Pre-raphaelite art with the likes of Waterhouse, Rossetti and William Morris which reflects in my personal artwork and photography at times. And l’ve visited exhibitions to see the originals at places like Birmingham Museums & Art Gallery, Bows Museum and the Tate. The work of Francis Bacon has always interested me. l like to read when l can. l love music, (Dead Can Dance are a big influence in lots of my work). l love egyptain dance and especially the talents and look of Rachel Brice. Now what else do l like, gothic lands, dark things with a twist of humour, magik, music by candle light. l like good food and mexican . . . Emmm! Watching alternative people come and go over the years. l love both factual and fantasy information and history on mediaeval chinese and Japanese cultures. l've a 5000 plus collection of graphic novels and comics many signed and in full sets. l've worked with an wide spectrum of 'Famous' people and get on well with most as 'Fame' and the person l can always separate. Lets see . . . what else oh yes l love mediaeval history and visiting old castles, l like travelling about doing various shoots, visiting exhibitions and openings. l dont suffer fools and tend to speak as l find and dislike certain forms of authority and football.

l used to work in the fashion/retail trade and have a good eye for creating textiles within my work. l used to tout my portfolio of textiles all over and sold a few to fashion houses and mainstream chains like Miss Selfridges in the 90's,. My 'Second Skin' (above picture) here's just a hybrid of those days textiles mixed with photography and art.
