A lot of people make up the music that i have written and assist me in leading worship. So for now there is no set group of guys that i play with on a regular basis...although i am looking for that on a more permanent basis...any one...any one...?
But the guys i do play with are all a bunch of guys i'm honored to do life with and serve with!

Well....im a passionate guy. I love my wife and daughter and they are a large part of the inspiration in my life!
I've been leading worship for around 10 years....but honestly can't tell you how i got where i am today other than to say its been a series of God orchestrated events and His will in my life - despite how often i try to get in the way!
I remember meeting my wife Anisa and her sharing with me what worship was...like really was...not what i thought at all. It had nothing to do with "christian" songs or going to church. There was a move of worship and music for worship happening world wide that i knew nothing about. She was instrumental in God's plan!
We got married 3+ years later and 3 years after that....WELCOME AVA TRUTH!!!
My wife and I view the ministry i am a part of as a family thing - we are in this together and are committed to what God has called us to for as long as He uses us!
There is NO ministry greater than the one I have been given with my family!
I love serving God's kingdom.
I love leading worship, writing songs and above all...loving His people!
I believe in the local church and i long to see the church being the salt and light God has called us to be! Its my desire to see God's love and Justice poured out on all people. It's a major reason that I do what i do and I count it a privilege to do so!
If i'm not writing songs...i'm changing diapers....its the new cool thing to be doing! But not for forever....i hope!
the NEW RECORD:
In late October of 2007, I returned home from a trip to Romania…a little unsettled
I’ve always been a passionate guy, jumping into things with all I am and pursuing new ventures, however this venture was unique to me for some reason. Over the last decade I have been leading worship & singing some very real & massive things about a very real & massive God. Lots of words - Lots of moments.
But when I returned from Romania, on what I was expecting to be a routine worship leading mission trip, I was stirred in a way I didn’t know how to respond to. Yes we led worship and saw thousands of people gather in a square where once they were under communism and you better believe we proclaimed the greatness of our God via song with everything in us…however… What has been awakened in me is what I saw happening among some people there that I met.
People that had never heard a large number of the songs we did and yet…there lives were singing those songs daily. In reality, their actions and existence were coming together to form a song I was singing, but felt I had not fully heard yet. I am aware there are things going on in our world like injustice, unnecessary loss of life, poverty… But I saw people putting my words…words to songs I have been singing for a while…into motion. Affecting poverty, injustice & loss of unborn children, with their day-to-day mission to change the world…one life at a time. Not by whining or complaining…not by writing an article or a book or more songs…not in their glory or fame, but in answering the call by having a life of purpose and obedience. It has changed me. 2007 was a year that I will look back on forever as a defining moment in my life. So many things happened. My wife and I celebrated our first child. I jumped out on faith as a worship leader, traveling and trusting God for everything…and seeing Him provide in ways only He can!
And then this record…a majority of these songs came after that trip to Romania. He had some unique things He wanted me to experience before launching into this project. And I believe just that, that God has put in us things we will only discover or will only be unlocked in our lives as we step out on faith and experience Him in whole new ways. For me it has been these songs that I believe God has placed in me. And so with these songs, my desire is for us to continue to be a people of action. People whose lives match the lyrics…knowing THAT is our worship!
My hope is that these songs will encourage and inspire you on your journey and keep you aware of the great love our Father has for us. That we would be awake to His spirit’s moving all around us in our every day lives and that we would take action and in doing so see our lives becoming so much more than a song!

Guide and protect them; send your Angelic hosts to make smooth and clear their way and I give thanks that You meet all their needs and more. Father, let Your Love shine down upon them, be felt by them, in them. Your love - touch and fill their hearts, homes, work places and environments. In their lives let there be healing, peace, prosperity and purpose, wisdom and joy of the Lord. Bless their walk. Put a spring in their step and a song in their hearts. Let all be done according to Your Will be done dear Father, in Jesus' Name. Amen.

My mission in life is to fight Human Trafficking. understanding the individual pain of others is sometimes to painful for an other individual to touch and that is frightening ... what i mean is that someone whose life is not traumatized and brutalized as a regular sequence of every day events unconsciously seeks the camouflage and shelter of apathy and banality from the reality of such devastating anguish and terror ...
but the spirit of young people who are used as sex slaves in the systematized global industry of human trafficking is now reaching out to the human fellowship in hope and desperation and through technology ...
it is scary when humanity turns a blind eye to this horror ... its like ignoring genocide whilst it is happening ...
what i am asking is that if you hear the cry of these young people who are existing in an environment of torture and brutality each and every day that you then please do not turn away from them ...
please reach deeply into your heart and soul and please in 2009 join a movement or become a part of an event that challenges modern slavery in the 21st century ...
