As far as television is really concerned: IT WILL ROT YER BRAIN. But since I do very occasionally like to get a good rot going on: I prefer shows like Six Feet Under, Team Sanchez, Deadwood, Viva La Bam, Crocodile Hunter, Weeds, Dead Like Me, The Simpsons, Boiling Points, Jackass, The Daily Show, Blue Planet, Perry Mason, Surreal Life, MXC, Trigger Happy TV, Candid Camera, Reno 911, Man Vs. Wild, The Final Fu, Sleeper Cell, OZ, Wildboyz, COPS, Robot Chicken, Dexter, The Twilight Zone, Planet Earth, Da Ali G Show, Human Weapon, Tapout, John From Cincinnati, Breaking Bad, Pride Fighting Championships, all the various UFC events, IFC shows, King Of The Cage, IFL, WEC, EliteXC, and all the other MMA I can find. (Usually I just tend to check out Animal Planet and maybe The History Channel when browsing)
Books
Personally I enjoy a little "art museum" to go with my words, so I'm very much into "comic books".
