I appreciate you adding me, hopefully you read this and can reply. One of the biggest goals in my life is to make a living doing something I like to do. What I like to do most is make music. I've been playing different instruments, mostly the guitar since I was about 9. Made bands, played in bars (first at 16) and "DJ" for friends at small gatherings and close friend parties. I love "electric" music. I like the stuff that people move to, that let go and have a good time, just full of energy. Your music is among that, just really powerful and pleasant to the ears and body.
I was wondering if you could help to point me in the right direction. I don't make a whole lot of money and I'm for the most part independent. The "electronic" music I make is done solely on my computer. I make it from scratch. If I were to buy some equipment, what should I get to start off with? What program, if any, do you recommend I start learning to improve my sound? What general advice can you give me as an inspired and pursuing Producer/DJ?
