Day of Truth's Blurbs

About me:
The Day of Truth was established to counter the promotion of the homosexual agenda and express an opposing viewpoint from a Christian perspective.

In the past, students who have attempted to speak against the promotion of the homosexual agenda have been censored or, in some cases, punished for their beliefs. It is important that students stand up for their First Amendment right to hear and speak the Truth about human sexuality in order to protect that freedom for future generations. The Day of Truth provides an opportunity to publicly exercise our free speech rights.

Participating students are encouraged to wear T-shirts and pass out cards (not during class time) with the following message:

I am speaking the Truth to break the silence.
Silence isn’t freedom. It’s a constraint.
Truth tolerates open discussion, because the Truth emerges when healthy discourse is allowed.
By proclaiming the Truth in love, hurts will be halted, hearts will be healed, and lives will be saved.

The Day of Truth is scheduled for April 19, 2007. This is the day after GLSEN (The Gay, Lesbian, Straight Education Network) will sponsor the "Day of Silence." GLSEN’s Day of Silence encourages students to remain silent throughout the day. It is part of their overall strategy to change how our society perceives homosexual behavior. But the Day of Silence is a misnomer, because what is truly being silenced is the Truth.

I have been blessed to be added to your list of friends on the marvelous and wonderful and awesome day the Lord has made for you and me and everyone else. Hey thanks for the Big ole add I hope and pray your having a wonderful and blessed Wednesday and week and new year in the Lord. I also hope and pray you have a wonderful and blessed 2007 in the Lord. It’s a New Year to rejoice in the Word and presents of the Lord. I pray that God will instill in your heart to reach out and be a strong evangelist for Him, that He can and will use you to be a mouth piece for Him. I have reflected over the past 14 years in Ministry last night and I have been overwhelmed in all the different countries like Asia, Europe, Australia, Mexico, Canada, just to name and few and seen the Lord touch the lives of so many people. When they have asked Him into there hearts. Its has been an awesome 2006 and please keep the ministry and those who have come to know the Lord that they will continue to grow and move the Gospel of Christ forward.
