Created in the autumn of 2002 by: (none other than) Darvius Noctem , aimed to create a dark and heavy musical entity; lead by keyboards and synthesizers, with NO GUITARS . Joined by: Demonika Demise , Days Of Our Decay is prepared to take the world by force with an original blend of their Industrial/Gothic influenced: "Synth Metal," or self proclaimed: "Elevator Music For The Dying." The result is a musical zeitgeist, with a "gothic swagger," thriving on contradictory elements and unconventional tactics, mixed with satirical theatrics, creating a macabre, musical hybrid, bound by no limitations.
With over seven albums (all self produced), detailed interviews (for a U.K. based magazine, various webzines, and several internet radio stations), and a handful of shows under their belt Days Of Our Decay are leaving scars and finding their niche through self dedication and a DIY state of mind.
