This collection of Swampy, folk rock/Pioneer days music with a hint of the old west is a sound sure to please all listeners. Writer, dobroist, percussionist, harpist and vocalist Dayton Dean Mason uses a "one-man-band" style of playing to reach a whole new level of Modern dixieland Rock 'n' roll. When playing live, Dayton simultaneously plays the bass drum, high-hat and crash cymbal with a custom built set up, a solid steel body resonator guitar while singing and playing harmonica. Dayton Dean's lyrical tales of old western saloon fights, mysterious carnivales, Gypsy healers, Graveyard dancers and bank robberies infused with real-life inspired stories of drowning, train jumping, lost louisiana loves and soul stealers are shure to intrigue all listeners... .. ..
