'Dead Eyed Spider' was formed in Japan during the summer of 2003. Guitarist, Hiroshi Sekine and bass player Kotaro Aoshima who had both been playing together since the 90's in a band called 'Sergeant' were looking for a singer and drummer to form a new band. The two got in touch with drummer, Louis Sesto who had left 'Blindman'. Louis had known Hiroshi and Kotaro from back in the 90's when he was asked to play for 'Sergeant' (but didn't) at one point. Hiroshi and Kotaro meet Louis after a 10 year abscence and the three decide to work together on the new band. Hiroshi, Kotaro and Louis enter the studio to write and rehearse songs while searching for the missing link of the band: the singer. In the spring of 2004, 'Dead Eyed Spider' finally recruits Tadahiko Chida, who is also the singer of the band 'Killer Elite'. 'Killer Elite' is known for members of 'Concerto Moon' being part of the band. DEAD EYED SPIDER started playing in clubs in and around Tokyo, Japan since March 2005, and had its first demo "Lookin At You..." out now the same year. The band went on to record their first album "Show Me Your Blood" which was released in October 2006, followed by a successful tour around Japan.
'Dead Eyed Spider' is a hard rock-based band with elements of heavy rock, heavy metal and rock'n'roll, creating a unique hard & heavy rock sound. Tadahiko Chida's wild and powerful vocals, Hiroshi Sekine's heavy but catchy guitar riffs, Kotaro Aoshima's groovy bass lines, and Louis Sesto's powerful and tight beat create a variety of rock anthems that will surely cling on to your ears.
