All you Facebook users can now become a fan of Dead Leg here.
The Band:
Formed by old friends from the Cotswolds, Dead Leg came together in Leeds in 2005. The band’s aim was simple: to play some good old-fashioned ballsy rock music. Since then, the band have released a demo, been received well both by fans and the local music press, and are gigging all over the country in an effort to bring a fun and energetic set to like-minded rock fans.
Whether it be the fast paced ‘Summer Cruisin’’, the funky sleaze-fest ‘Pucker ‘n’ Blow’ or the 6 and half minute epic ‘Two in the Bush’, there’s always a playful energy and attitude to rock every crowd to it’s core. Guitarist Chris Catling provides guitar pyrotechnics and devious eyebrow manoeuvres, Bassist Boz Burley brings funky riffs and eminent stage presence, and Drummer Chris Kershaw raises the decibels on his own with his confident, punchy drumming. Put all this together and you get a sleazy, boozy, no-nonsense rock band who don’t care if it’s bad for your health.
Dead Leg have so far shared the stage with such bands as:

After moving out of Wakefield I kind of felt as though I was "letting the side down" as it were. Consequently I have now created the "Wakefield Music Scene" forum in the hope that it will bring all Wakefield's live music lovers together in one happy place! for years I have thought it would be handy to have one gig guide for easy reference, along with resources for musicians, as well as being a nice place to chat to one another.
Without further a do we are pleased to announce the studio is open.
The large live room has acoustically isolated zones, vocal booth, digital capabilities and extensive analogue mixing and mastering facilities.
Contemporary interior design with furniture from bmw and deep shag pile carpets, provided together with excellent engineers, affordable rates, fresh coffee and a private terrace we have created one of the best studios in the north for you.
Do you want to come to WAYNESTOCK IV but can't get there? Did you want to buy a ticket but didn't get one before the gig sold out? Well, you can still watch the gig as it will be streamed LIVE over the internet in High Definition*! For free!!

Hello, we are foreigners from Sheffield that will be playing Leeds on the 12th of December at the Cardigan Arms. It would be grand if you could come and make noise for us, as Sheffield folk are far too frightend to come to a big city like leeds. Cheers The Unfortunate Incident
