yo sir, i love the ep. all the mixes sound really fucking pro man. the originals r my favorite, but that song u did of joes is crazy! i am a little upset that the 3rd original (im sorry i forgot the name of it) u posted on ur myspace didnt make the ep. but im immediately puttin this on my ipod and will thoroughly enjoy it.
thank u sir. yeah the song kinda gets a little out of hand at the end lol. for awhile i as debating cutting some parts out but i tried to mix it in a way that it doesnt slam u in the face. but i might try to remix it im not completely happy with it i had a lot of EQing issues on the guitar and vox its just not where i want it. but i tried so many different configuations like all i have on the vox is a hipass filter at like 88Hz and thats it cuz i was getting so frustrated. but yeah seriously if u have any constructive criticism id really appreciate it cuz i still dont completely know wut im doing
dude, that is really awesome. r u planing to apply that to more of ur music? im assuming there r possibilities to do some crazy stuff with that.
i also just put up a rough version of a new song on my page if u get a chance to check it out let me know wut u think its the song i talked to u about in the city. i decided not to change the lyrics but i made it seem like a movie so u associate the song as a story of an entire relationship rather than just a snap shot of a feeling. also i think u will appreciate all the electronic instruments i use. it still needs tweaking now that im listening to it on myspace but ill leave it up for now.
