at the age of 14 I started to be involved into music, my favourite bands were the mid 90s rock/pop ones.
I didnt enjoy school very much because I was more into arts like drawing and writing.
two years later I started playing drums; my influences werent anymore the mainstream rock/pop bands of the moment but old new wave, punk, reggae and black music; in a particular way jazz.
at the age of 17 I started to produce my own music, and I started also to be involved in electronic music and djing too.
my favourite music at the time was a clash between rock, punk and experimental electronic music.
some of the artist that influenced me a lot were aphex twin, kid 606 and early matmos.
a year later, in 1999 I founded my own label: elmer records.
it was a very underground label and the sound was very rough.
at the age of 19 I produced my first full length album of electronic music with the nick of eurobeat.
from this time I started going at the clubs and parties to dance and listen to house and nu-jazz music.
at the same time I was working in a records shop and I was listening to a bunch of very different genres and styles.
but the genre which kept my heart was the dancefloor electronic music: in a particular way house music !
now I' m a dj and producer and I' m involved into deep house, soulful and deep/minimal techno music.
