NOVIEMBRE 14 CADENA MUNDIAL EN CONTRA DE LA REELECCION CONTINUA EN NICARAGUA
Nicaraguense, este 14 de Noviembre protesta civicamente en tu Consulado Local.
Estamos pidiendo a todos los Nicaraguenses en todo el mundo que este 14 de Noviembre dia en que se llevara a cabo una Marcha Masiva en contra de la dictadura implantada por Daniel Ortega tras la violacion a nuestra Constitucion Politica para para abrirle la puerta a la Reeleccion Continua en Nicaragua, pedimos que ese mismo dia todos los Nicaraguenses se manifiesten en su Consulado Local, para poder crear una CADENA MUNDIAL de Nicaraguenses en rechazo a la sentencia de la Sala Constitucional de la Corte Suprema de Justicia y 6 Magistrados Sandinistas.
Este 14 de Noviembre, envia correos electronicos, llama por telefono, visita el consulado, junta y presenta firmas, y diles que no quieres reeleccion continua y exigeles que apoyen la NO REELECCION en Nicaragua y que revoquen la sentencia ilegal. Le pedimos a todos y todas las y los Nicaraguenses manifestarse de forma pacifica y ordenada este 14 de Noviembre de 2009, unidos, podemos parar este atropello a la Institucionalidad y Estado de Derecho en nuestro pais.

El Presidente Daniel Ortega inició formalmente la búsqueda de su reelección presidencial a través de la Corte Suprema de Justicia (CSJ) y no mediante una reforma constitucional en la Asamblea Nacional. Hoy, seis magistrados sandinistas de la Sala Constitucional fallaron favorable a un recurso que le abriría las puertas a un tercer período presidencial.
Los magistrados Francisco Rosales, Rafael Solís, Ligia Molina, Yadira Centeno, Armengol Cuadra y Juana Méndez, todos orteguistas, declararon inaplicable el artículo 147 de la Constitución de la República que prohibe la reelección continua, aclarando que la decisión está tomada sólo para el caso concreto que se solicita.
No obstante, para que dicho fallo quede en firme tiene que ser aprobado por la Corte Plena, la cual deberá ser convocada por el magistrado presidente de ese poder, el liberal Manuel Martínez.
El magistrado sandinista Francisco Rosales, presidente de la Sala Constitucional, indicó que convocó a Sala Constitucional a los magistrados liberales que conforman dicha Sala, Sergio Cuarezma, Iván Escobar Fornos y Damicis Sirias, pero éstos no se presentaron y los sandinistas llenaron sus lugares con los magistrados sandinistas Centeno, Cuadra y Méndez, ésta última no pertenece ni como suplente a la Sala Constitucional.
El magistrado Solís dijo que con esta sentencia ya no hay otro recurso con el cual se puede revocar la misma y Ortega será candidato presidencial en el 2011.
El magistrado electoral René Herrera confirmó hace pocos minutos a LA PRENSA que la semana pasada recibieron una solicitud legal, en la cual se le planteó a los magistrados si Ortega podría ser candidato presidencial en 2011.
Herrera explicó que los magistrados electorales enviaron el caso al Poder Judicial.
Se espera que en pocos minutos los miembros sandinistas de la Sala Constitucional de la Corte Suprema de Justicia brinden una conferencia de prensa, explicando los detalles de la solicitud de Ortega.
