Who I'd like to meet:
Gordon Ramsay - I love everything this guy does on TV, love his food, and love how he's built his empire, both with restaurants and with his TV career. Whenever I'm in any city where he has a restaurant, I make a reservation. I'll be in London to teach in the fall, and that's right where I'm headed straightaway.
Tyler Perry - ditto, with film, standup, television and all the ways he's changed the rules of show business to work in his favor.
Barry Manilow - literally the greatest composer, arranger, performer and musician of the last 50 years. Know it - it's true.
