Annelise Noronha (born September 27, 1972, in Huddersfield, England) is a Toronto-based producer, engineer, and composer. Her home base from 1994 to 2003, was the now defunct Manta Sound. Her engineering credits there include such artists as Jennifer Lopez, Blue Rodeo, Colin Linden, James Brown, and Oscar Peterson. She also has had the opportunity to work along side some of the most influential music producers, including Phil Ramone, John Whynot, and Canada’s own, Matt DeMatteo, Chris Wardman, Chris Stringer, and Michael Phillip Wojewoda.

Currently, Annelise continues to engineer, and has been accumulating production credits to her name in both independent music and audio post production. Including such artists as The Warped 45s, Hennessey, Selina Martin, NLX, Marc Robillard, Arlene Bishop and We Are the Take. And engineering film scores, most recently “The Whistleblower”, starring Rachel Weiss and Vanessa Redgrave.

Throughout all of this time, Annelise has released four independent albums, and has written music and placed songs in film and television, including the Disney movie "Virtual Mom", Nickelodeon series "Caitlin's Way", CTV series "The City", “Degrassi: TNG”, feature film "The Witness Files", independent film "Undo", directed by Michelle Francis, Executive Producer Atom Egoyan, independent film "Leo", directed by David Hyde, Clement Virgo's feature film, "Lie With Me". She also wrote the score for the Toronto Theatre production of "Two Lies & A Switchblade".

Active in the Toronto music scene, Annelise performs regularly and has shared the stage with such artists as The Skydiggers, Ron Sexmith, The Rheostatics. Her previous 2001 self produced/engineered CD My Dog is You, had received much critical praise, of which the song "Saviour" had gained notoriety on the Internet Movie Database among curious fans of Clement Virgo's movie Lie With Me, where the song ran through the closing credits. Her most recent collaberation, The Safe Word Project, melds organic and electronic music in a cinematic way, and thusly she has licensed almost every track on this record to a film.
