From the toxic city of Liege, Belgium comes Divine Torment. Spawned from the ashes of several metal underground bands, the first complete line-up was known in January 2004 with the intention of bringing fresh songs to the metal genre.
Combining blistering speed picking, melodic death metal riffs, massive breakdowns and other well-rounded elements, they want to create different levels of intensity into their music.
The band has been playing shows since 2004 and received a very good response from the audience so far. In 2005, after several qualifying shows in Belgium, they reached the finals of Concours Circuit (rock/metal contest) and played at the Botanique (Bruxelles).
Divine Torment is pretty powerful on stage, switching from melodic metal sounds to brutal mosh parts with only one purpose : to bring a fucking positive metal atmosphere !!!
