DJ Carlos has started his DJ career in 1994 and by 2000 he had mixed at various events (private parties) and famous clubs in that period of time.
In 2000 he was the resident DJ at Kharma Club in Cluj-Napoca, and between 2001 - 2006 he was resident DJ in Flash Club and Diesel Club, considered to be the most famous electronic music clubs in Cluj. Here, he mixed next to famous foreign and Romanian DJs, such as: Anthony Pappa, Margaret Dygas, Oliver Mc Gregor, Max Graham, Funkagenda, Plastic Funk, Pauli Steinbach, Raoul, Rhadoo, Optick, Seba1394, Livio, Internullo and others.
His presence has been active in the last few years at the DELAHOYA-fest events, DJ’s Gathering, Student Parade and also to radio shows, broadcasted at One Fm, Pro FM, Kiss FM (Sensation), Radio 21 (Next level), Radio 21 Cluj, Radio Impuls Brasov (Nightstream), Radio Pro-B (Phonovibration), Dream Raido (Ireland), Green Apple at Proton Radio, Ultraviolet on Dance Radio, Greece.
Besides these events DJ Carlos was also invited in various clubs in Romania and abroad: Living, Bonaparte (Tunisia - Sousse), Avi-cola, Aquatic, Sense (Trg - Mures), La Strada, Old Jack Pub, Desire (Zalau), Pasha, Athos, Narghila, Ramses (Baia-Mare), Las Vegas, Insomnia, Amnezia, The Score Pub (Satu - Mare), Club Bogal (Pascani), Metropolis (Bistrita), Bahia (Bacau), XS, Sundays, Skin Club Skye (Iasi), Oscar, Tutankhamon, Obsession, 7even, Kharma, Dolce ,Decadence (Cluj – Napoca), Ramses (Timisoara), Opium Lounge, Millenium (Braila), Club Keops (Petrosani), Karma (Constanta), Pasha, Zeba, Viva Club (Galati), Club Allegria (Alba - Iulia),Club Fantasy (Husi), Club All Stars (Craiova), Office (Sighisoara), Soviet (Ploiesti), Bali (Oradea), Caractere, Regal (Tg Jiu), Versus (Sighetu Marmatiei), Club Maximus (Mizil), Club Shock, Office's, Arena Glamour Club (Suceava), Vanity ( Bucuresti ).
Starting with 2008, Dj Carlos is also one of the radio hosts of the Deep Sounds radio show at Vibe FM & Radio Impuls Cluj-Napoca, in collaboration with DJ JASC.
Dj Carlos was nominated at the nights.ro awards at the sections "Best Romanian DJ in 2008". Even more, Deep Sounds Radio show hosted by DJ Carlos and DJ Jasc at Radio Impuls Cluj-Napoca was nominated at the section "Best clubbing profile radio show in Romania in 2008” and the live set at the Kharma Club (Cluj-Napoca) from October the 8th 2008 was nominated at the category "Best Romanian DJ set in 2008”.
