CAVE VS ORTIN CAM - LIVE! AT FABRIK MADRID 30.JUNE 2007 VIDEO:
Cave first started DJing in 1998 and has been playing activly in clubs and
events since 1999.
His music style has over the years developed into banging fast-paced tribal
techno, using 3 decks + effects as well as specialized productions only to
be used in his dj sets to make the techno experience as good as possible!
In 2001 Cave started producing tribal techno tracks following a first
release on Ben Sims' label "Ingoma", a sublabel of Theory/Hardgroove. This
release, named "Carne Levale EP", turned out to be a huge success throughout
the world, with the track "Street Carnival" being played regularly by some
of the best DJs within techno, names like Carl Cox, Chris Liebing, Adam
Beyer, Ben Sims, Umek, Marco Bailey etc. aswell as more mainstream names
like DJ Tiesto, Judge Jules and Mauro Picotto.
The releases ended up selling over 30.000 copies worldwide aswell as appearing on
over 40 compilations, and was the themetrack for the huge party Innercity 2003 in Amsterdam.
Closesly following this success came remixes of the "Street
Carnival" track by Ben Sims, Gary Martin and house-producerlegend Nick
Holder was out on the Ingoma imprint earlier this year, in addition to remixes from
Max Walder of Street Carnival and a K.Cee remix of the track We So Krazy
released 2004 on the highly acclaimed ID&T imprint from Holland.
Since then Cave has done releases on many labels, such as Carl Cox' Intec label, Harthouse,
Terminal M, Primevil, Ingoma, Wet Musik ++.
Early 2005 the first release on Cave's new label Spilo Records was
released with great success.
The label has since then continued with huge artists like Ben Sims, Chris Liebing, Oritn Cam,
Hertz, Boriqua Tribez, Marko Nastic aswell as Cave himself
Also in May 2006 the first CD-Compilation was released, Cave vs Ortin Cam LIVE! with a
live recording of their double-liveact project. following the CD with a huge CD-Release
Tour throughout 2006 and 2007.
These days Cave is touring the world with his dj-sets and the
Cave vs Ortin Cam double Live-act, having already visited over 40 countries including Japan,
Australia, Brazil, Venezuela, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Belgium ++ with
appearences in well known festivals and clubs such as Dance Valley, Awakenings Festival,
Fabrik Madrid, Florida 135, Turnmills London ++
Check out bookings section of www.cave.no and www.myspace.com/djcave for Cave's complete dj-schedule.
The music from Caves productions reflects very much the style in his DJ sets,
playing technosets with heavy beats loaded with tricks'n'fx to give the audience
the best experience possible!

Also doing double liveact shows as Cave vs Ortin Cam - LIVE!

Productos BMM presents:
BMM 33 Tantrum Light LSD Island EP with the remixes of Paul Hunter, Da Trash & Zimaleto Genre: Minimal, Techno, Tech-House.
Some comments: Carsten Rausch: The Da Trash Remix is a cool piece of percussive Techno. I will definetely play that. Dave James: Yeh I like the original trippy vocals. Galuszka: Tantrum Light offers a track that is straight up techno. The mood of the original mix is very Terminator 2 (Judgment Day) in its vocal work and sound choice. The remixes of this project ad funk, especially the Da Trash remix with it's rolling quality. Bodgan Taran: I just love the melody on Zimaleto remix of LSD Island. The Reddman: I listened all the remixes and was very impressed! I have to say I just loved the Paul Hunter remix of the LSD Island track. There was something about it that just kept the groove going for me. Moog Conspiracy (Elektrotribe / Buena Onda): I ll play Tantrum light - Da Trash remix. Marc Fuccio (Fresh DJS): Favoutite mix is Paul Hunter remix. Wicked groove of a bass line that instantly got me to my feet. Great production and construction. Graeme Park: I really like the Zimaleto Remix of Tantrum Light's LSD Island. Such a great groove. <a href="//
