Born in Chicago and raised in Nigeria. While in Nigeria, Dee money was a big fan of all types of music genres especially; Hip Hop, R&B, Reggae and Afro Hip Hop. His passion for music landed him behind the turntables.
Dee Money began djing in the fall of 2000. He was introduced to the art of djing by his friend Yemi Falomo. Dee Money is well known in the Nigerian community in the Chicago land area and Suburbs for rocking most events.
Currently, Dee Money is involved in the mixtape circuit, rocking parties and a host of other events. Dee Money plays mostly Hip Hop, R&B, Old School, Afro Hip hop, and Dance Hall Reggae. His style of djing includes Cutting, blending and Scratching. Dee money enjoys seeing people go crazy when he plays that old joint “you” have not heard in a long time.
Dee money uses the new innovative technology used by most djs called serato.
