A force to be reckoned with on the dance floor. Known for playing in your face dance floor techno that gets people on the move. He has honed his skills over the last 14 years playing numerous underground raves and clubs in San Diego, Los Angelas, San Francsisco, Las Vegas and and other cities in neighboring states. Ranging in size from small underground warehouses to massive raves. And a couple of posh clubs too. Most recently playing with and opening for the likes of such techno greats as Frankie Bones, Woody Mcbride, Cris Liberator and Guy "GEEZER" McGaffer. DEVICE has also played alongside other notable DJs such as Doran, Christopher Lawrence. Thee-O and Brad of Moontribe.

Got his first set of decks in 1996 and after a couple years of bedroom practice started a production crew known as Energy Quotient. The mission of the crew was to hold events featuring himself and other crew members including N.A.T.E and DR. Minbender. The crew quickly gained a name for itself around town for its DJing skills and putting together some of the best undergrounds in San Diego at the time.. Energy Quotient was responsible for producing 14 underground events in and around San Diego from 98 to 2002 when the crew disbanded.

Then in 2004 turned his energy towards organizing small free underground events in the deserts of Southern California. These events have came to be know as the "Meeting of the Minds" and is San Diego's first all techno desert event. Meeting of the Minds has became a summer staple of the San Diego Undergound. These events are known to showcase the best Techno DJS from the San Diego area, playing on big sound in some of the nicest desert settings Southern California can offer.

Currently one of the rotating DJs in the GoodGhost Army [San Diego]. GoodGhost has become San Diego's premier underground event collective. Know for putting together some of the most remembered underground parties in San Diego in recent years such as T.R.I.P., Family and Total Departure.

DEVICE is currently focusing his energy towards releasing new tracks. Tracks will be forth coming in the summer of 2009.
