MichelleC became interested in the arts at the age of 6 in Calgary, AB. She never lacked in her talent and ability to create. MichelleC loved the arts as wells as drama and music; she appeared in movies along with a short modelling career. The spotlight was always second nature; of course, michelle was more than just envious of the "DJ"; the DJ fit every desire on multiple levels, and the dream to entertain slowly became a reality, driving her success. MichelleC continues to put everything into her music, having continued hopes to pave the way for female DJs in the future.

MichelleC, now considered one of Alberta’s fastest growing female DJ’s, dedicated
to the music and the people that love it. She has become more than just a music lover,
and a record spinner, constantly defining herself from the rest, leaving a mark on everyone
who experiences her show. She will entertain you..
Although mainly recognized for her funky whomping bass lines, and vivacious electro beats;
Michelle has diversified herself to the crowd. MichelleC has undoubted talent for spinning
every type of music, which has made her versatile on multiple levels. Her ability to watch how
a crowd moves to her sets, and responding from that, makes her a true clubbers DJ.

MichelleC has only touched the surface. Currently on i tunes being podacasted, and
downloaded at roughly 1000 listeners per week, as well as holding 2 residencies in Calgary
and Edmonton. MichelleC is the current founder and promoter as well as resident DJ of Fetish
Fridays in Calgary. The venue skyrocketed to capacity.
MichelleC has been musically influenced by artists like, Dirty South, Marco V, John Dahl back,
Vandalism, Hook N Sling, Kelevra, Sabastian Leger, Dom Kane, laidback Luke etc. MichelleC
has worked alongside one of her biggest influences in house music, Hatiras. House music
Juno award winner of 2006 for dance recoding of the year. Michelle has also worked
with Myagi, remixer for crystal method and featured tracks with Plump DJs, as well as ministry
of sound.
Michelle’s determination and passion for music is apparent to anyone who meets her.
Her popularity precedes her as a result of her energetic personality
and infectious performances.
