Pete Dux (Petar Vojvodic) is new name which came out on croatian music scene. He was born in Zagreb on October 26th 1988 where he grew up surrounded with variety of music styles. From his childhood he was focused on music and was showing huge talent for it. He also attended music school and developed his music skills threw his teenage years. As teenager he discovered his passion for electronic music which encouraged him to become a DJ. Soon after he decides to apply for croatian DJ academy in which he learned the basics of DJ-ing. During his studies in the academy he becomes acquainted with many people from this industry. At that time he started to arrange his first gigs in many clubs. He is recognised for developing his own music style and technique. His sets are spiced with groovy and deep elements which are incorporated in minimal and techno. That mix of elements and music styles represents his vision. His infatuation and passion for electronic music encourages him to hard work.
In 2008. he started his own project named „United Electronic Sound“ in prominent Zagreb club „Boogaloo“. Soon after starting United Electronic Sound attracted many visitors which soon become fans of this event. In short term this project became well recognised and distinguished brand. He was also offered a great oportunity to organize United Electronic Sound at Zagreb fair, and this event was a huge success with more than 3.000 visitors. With his projects he sets new standards in Croatian capital and beyond. As organizer and resident DJ he cooperates with leading international stars of electronic music. Meanwhile he starts another successful program named „Static Noise“ and a couple of smaller projects. To incorporate and protect his ideas he registered his own company „Decibel Media Ltd.“ in 2009.. The main focus of this company is promotional activities, booking, production and event management. In foreseeable future he is planning to start his own lable and to work on upcoming events. He is determined to continue with his music carrier and promotion of electronic music.
