    .............. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. DJ WAKCUTT - (Golden, BC - Golden Delicious, Supreme Team) TURNTABL-ISH/ MOST FORMS OF BASS MUSIC. Originally from Calgary AB, Wakcutt was introduced to vinyl culture early in life by his father who was an avid record collector. First rave in 93', first decks in 95, and hasn't looked back since moving to Golden BC in 1997. Over the many years of secluded practice and free house parties, Wakcutt has developed a taste and ability for seamlessly mixing numerous styles of music in his performances. Oh, and he's definitely not wack on the cut - opening for the likes of Glitch Mob, Qbert, A-Skillz, Nu-Mark, Buck 65, Skratch Bastid, Nick Thayer, and many others, as well as jamming live on stage with pro's like Greyboy, Maestro Fresh Wes, Mat the Alien, Ed Solo, Josh Martinez, and DJ dopey. This summer OF 2010 you'll find him hitting the festival circuit with performances in the Village at the Shambhala Music Festival as well as Bassfest, Hidden, and Loki Festivals. Opening slots for Dead Prez, and numerous 2X4 shows with Nelsons illest DJ Bryx. Keep your ears peeled as well for a bass banging remix of Emotionz "If You Down" out this summer on Emotionz "Kush" remix album. For over 14 years, WakCutt has been turning the heads of people throughout Western Canada. Expect to see more of this talented turnatblist showing REALLY GOOD signs of things to come... .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. ..
