DEAD MAN'S HAND IS PROUD TO ANNOUNCE THEIR NEW BASSPLAYER STIG SÆTEVIK Stig (Summon The Crows/Rampant Dogs) has been a friend of the band from the very beginning and we hope he will close the Dead Man's Hand circle for good. Stig replaces Kjetil Simonsen wich recently decided to quit the band for family reasons. We wish Kjetil and his family all the best. Cheers to both Kjetil and Stig!

DEAD MANS HAND is a Norwegian thrash metal act, hailing from Oslo. The band has been around and active since early 2005.
The best way to describe the bands style of music would be to call it a blend of modern uptempo thrash metal and old-school down- and midtempo death metal in the north american tradition. Fast 2/4 beats and heavy 6/8 go head to head with pounding mosh-parts and melodic passages. The bands ambition is to make music that is in your face with a twist.... ....after winning yet another pot at the poker table, Wild Bill Hickock had become very unpopular with the other players. Stakes were high and losses were considerate. After emptying his tenth shot of whiskey at the bar, Hickock sat down again, back to the room. As a new hand was dealt, a man approached Wild Bill from behind. Cocking his six-shooter and pointing it to the back of Wild Bills head, the man smiled as he would finally avenge the losses he had suffered.
The bang from the gun was deafening. Wild Bills body fell to the floor, blood gushing from his head. At the table lay the final hand of poker Wild Bill Hickock would ever see.

hmmmm...der trur jeg jaggu du er inne på noe...,,men siden det er deres idè syntes jeg vi burde kjøre en gig sammen en gang, og la dere sluke, vi står for saga..hehe..
