   About DocPhatt
Doc Phatt ( Michael and Patrick ) have long outgrown the status of “newcomers” or “unknowns”. By now they have established themselves solidly amongst the elite DJ Stars and have become Hit Record Producers to boot. Michael started his DJ career at the end of the Eighties. Until the mid Nineties he was spinning almost exclusively in NRW gaining profile as somewhat of a Missionary in the slowly emerging House scene. In 1995 he became a resident DJ at the famed Checkers Club in Düsseldorf for the whole summer season. The year after he moved over to Tor 3 as their resident DJ. He finished his college education with a Major in –common informatics certificate. For the last three years now, Michael has been performing his magic in many of the Top Clubs around Europe while perfecting his production skills with many successful Hit records to his credit. Patrick also has been in high demand in NRW’s Clubs for more than a dozen years. From 1994-1998 he doubled up on his DJ activities , he became a financing specialist!And finished his college education with graduation diploma! In 1995 he paid his close friend Michael a visit in NRW and has now joined the resident DJ crew at Königshof. His reputation has spread and he has become a popular guest DJ around Europe and also has scored considerable success as a record producer.. Their first joint production under the name „Just 4 Funk „ with Horny United became an instant major success. “Crazy Paris” stayed in the Pop Charts for many weeks in Germany and managed a 1 position in all Dance Charts as well. Their follow-up Singles as Doc Phatt “Prove your Love and How gee” followed suit by not only becoming a major Club success but also climbing up the Pop Charts in a number of countries. „ Doc Phatt aka Just 4 Funk“ clearly have established themselves as a Hit Duo. Following on the heels of their last Single “Prove your Love” their brandnew Remixes for some Record Companys like „ Houseworks , Adhessive UK , Opaque, Le Mans , Bump Music and even Subliminal are about to release in 2007! In 2006 Patrick became the label & New Media Manager of Global Productions ( Houseworks & Egoiste ) he works in a team with Antoine Konrad and Fabio Antoniali aka DJ Antoine & Mad Mark. Houseworks and Egoiste are def one of biggest labels in the electronic dance music szene. In 2007 Michael and Patrick decided to lunch another Label called Kult!musique, Kult is a sub Label of theyr company Schalldruck GbR and starts ot very well, the two of them decided to release any kind of good and pumpin house music! There is no doubt that Doc Phatt’s sound is constantly evolving all the time , each new track is different from the last .However the thing that stays the same is that they all sound huge in clubs and rock the crowd wherever they are played.
