Dollhouse Disaster is a heavy rocking neo-riot grrrl punk sound hailing from Bergen County NJ, fronted by frankie V. on lead vocals and bass, and Danielle Fury better known as Drama to their fans. Frankie V. began playing violin at age 4, then turned to trumpet in a local Ska/Trip Hop band at 15. From there she went on to sing and play bass for a number of local bands until finding her place in Dollhouse Disaster. Danielle Fury has been playing guitar since she was 9 years old. Since then she has played with The Even Star and The Look Aways, a female-fronted punk band, accompanying them on the Warp Tour playing bass. They are joined by Lisa on drums out of South Jersey. Dollhouse Disaster has played shows at Brooklyn's Catty Shack and Jersey's Clash Bar and Images. Dollhouse Disaster incorporates punk, hard rock, girl rock, and some whiskey drinking for a sound of their own. Dollhouse Disaster are influenced by L7, Team Dresch, The Pixies, and Le Tigre to name a few. Over time the members have written an abundance of music and lyrics, that they have currently assembled into nine original songs with many more in progress.
