dolom zero is a living entity that exists only in sound. it is completely unknown where this being originates from, or how it managed to end up in our own solar system. some have said that it comes from another universe altogether, but since no actual facts regarding dolom zero exist, the origins of this creature remain enshrouded in mystery.
careening through the cosmos, dolom zero was intercepted by an anonymous young man somewhere in the province of valencia, spain, by way of a radio receiver. applying a method that is not quite understood, somehow this man found a means to translate this alien sonic phenomenon into a code of sorts, which he then reconstructed in the form of melody, and much to his surprise, the melodies that were generated seemed to fit together with a flawless grace, as if they'd always been meant to be interpreted in such a way. inspired by what he'd discovered, this obscure fellow, known as 0m, created rhythm sections to accompany these audial voyages, and applied his own singing and lyrics, to create the resulting musical hybrid known to the world as "dolom zero".
0m decided to use this music to transmit constructive messages to his human kin all over the world, to spread awareness and wisdom through the minds of all our brothers and sisters, like a meme vaccine that (he hopes) will someday contribute to a growing global artistic revolution, and resurrect our species' true potential, buried somewhere deep beneath layers of neglect and indifference.
this planet of ours is dying fast, friends, and what prevents us from taking it upon ourselves to do something about it is the blatant ignorance that is socially accepted and almost glorified in modern society today. what we need is a total renaissance of collective human consciousness; a whole new outlook of who we are, what we are, where we come from, and where we're going. dolom zero hopes to serve as a vital tool that will encourage listeners to understand this truth, educating them while they careen along rivers of calm, hand in hand with entrancing rhythms and melodies that empower and inspire.
