Biography:
With catchy guitar riffs and delightful melodies, with lyrics chock full of humor and brutal personal experiences, dOMi stand out from the plethora of artists as a breath of fresh air in the punk genre. Together as a band since 2004 they have already made their mark on the scene with their extremely tight and energetic live performances, and have up to this point released several EPs, singles and even music videos aired on national television. Now ready with their first full length effort, dOMi have begun their plan of world dOMination!
Although a relatively young band, they have already acheived more than most bands - Not only by releasing their material independently and performing live on most venues throughout Norway, but having also walked away victorious from several competitions. A couple of years ago they won the Global Battle of the Bands in Norway, winning the chance to play the London Astoria with the winners in the other 16 competing countries. Then in 2008 another national contest victory earned them the right to open for none other than NOFX and Lagwagon.
