About me:

We are a non-profit dedicated to providing inspirational art with healing images to medical clinics, patients, and caregivers. Our aim to help provide emotional healing to patients and their caregivers who are receiving treatment for chronic or terminal illnesses. We combine inspirational text with paintings to create positive images to help the healing of the emotional trauma that comes from dealing with a physical illness.

    Come join Chef Jenn as she explores the incredible flavors of the Caribbean. This two part series will explore the bold flavors of the Caribbean.




    Part 1 -The first 4 weeks of this class will present you with all of the amazing flavors the Caribbean has to offer, will amazing recipes like

    · Jamaican Beef Patties

    · Flambéed Bananas

    · Coconut Pie

    · Roasted Chicken with Ham and Almond Stuffing



    Part 2-While the second 4 weeks of this class will explore the low calorie bold flavored dishes of the Caribbean.

Chef Jenn is here to make Thanksgiving a breeze with helpful tips and pointers, cool tools to make life easier, as well as with recipes that can be done ahead. This demonstration class will give you just what you need, and some good food to eat! Trust me Thanksgiving will never be the same again.
