Aislin represents all of our hopes, deepest passions, goals, "dreams," our future. Her name is interpreted as "Dream" itself.
*Why don't you want to wake her? When having the perfect dream in your deepest of slumbers and coming across the climax when you know an amazing event will soon occur, only to be woken up by the screaching sound of your alarm clock, dismissing the greatest ending to that perfect dream...who would sincerely want to wake up? Hardly anyone has had the ability to fall back asleep and see that dream exactly how it was meant to be seen.
Aislin is the perfect dream. Even though the name, "Don't Wake Aislin" gently suggests not to awaken her, the truth is, she is not able to be woken up. Although that dream may never see its perfect ending in this lifetime, it still continues, making the goal higher to reach, but still satisfying with every step towards success.
A friend said, "Success is never acheived, it's always aimed for."
Phil 3:13-14 and 16 "...forgetting what is behind and straining toward what is ahead. I press on toward the goal to win the prize for which God has called me heavenward in Christ Jesus...Only let us live up to what we have attained."
