My story starts in Manchester, England where I was born to a Nigerian father and a British mother. My family moved to Nigeria when I was 4 and I spent most of my childhood there, moving to the US when I was a teenager. Like many people I started out singing in the church, but it wasn't until I was in college that I decided to learn how to play the piano. Within minutes of playing for the first time I knew what I wanted to do with my life. In fact, I was so determined that I would sneak into the basement of the local church at 3 a.m. every night to practice when nobody was around. After a couple of years I picked up the guitar and have been writing and producing ever since. I am living proof that it is NEVER too late to pursue your dreams. My music is my life. It is food for your soul - the way it was intended to be. I hope it feeds you, entertains you, and perhaps even enlightens you on the journey through your own life.
