Their aural onslaught is a smashing collage of powerful vocals, heavy riffs and pounding rhythms. Combining elements of Hardcore, Thrash, Industrial, as well as various genres of Metal, Drillpoint is at the forefront of the modern metal movement.
Attacking songs at a furious pace since 2000, every member contributes to create the fury that is Drillpoint. The first six song promo disc titled "Snapperhead", which was recorded in 2003, surpassed 1200 units internationally. Reviews from the Metal Observer.com and Brave Words& Bloody Knuckles magazine showed great enthusiasm for this promo disc, as well as the follow-up E.P. "Where's the Soul" released 2 years later.
Drillpoint has secured coveted opening slots for the likes of DamagePlan, Hatebreed, Sworn Enemy, Protest the Hero and Grimskunk, and continues to play memorable sold out headlining shows.
