Hey JJ's! Thanks for having us play there at your place last night to open for Camille Harp. Your pub staff are wonderful hosts, nice and accommodating. The pizza and drinks were a treat and we had a blast. We'd love to play there at your place again sometime. Thanks Jeff!
I wanted to thank you all for another wonderful time in OKC ~ I wish we had a place like yours here in Little Rock where one can find good people and great times with JD Thompson playing... guess I will just have to move to OK! ~ Linda xoxox
It was good to finally meet you in person last night. Looking forward to playing next week. I am sure you will see CJ and I around. You have a great space!
You have no idea how sad I am that I can't make it to Saturdays show!!! I love JJ's and I hope to get back to OKC soon. I know this is a one of a kind showing with such great talent ~ oh, I made this to try to deal with the sorrow, hope you get a laugh about my temper tantrums:
I just wanted to say thank you for an awesome experience. 6 of my buddies and I were in OKC for a little getaway this weekend. We live in the Kansas City area and take weekend trips once or twice a year to different cities. To be honest, we picked OKC because of location and we were a bit skeptical about this choice because we thought it was going to be pretty boring compared to some of the places that we have been in the past. We were proven completely wrong hugely because of a chance enterance into JJ's Alley. We were staying at the Hampton Inn and just because it was on the way back from the Redhawks game, we decided to stop in. We were immediately greeted by your awesome bartenders, Shavonne and Sally. They turned out to be great hosts and immediately we were made to feel right at home, almost like a Cheers type experience. We ventured out to other places around Bricktown, but always ended up back at the front downstairs bar with Sally. She is awesome. Shavonne is too, but we were really happy to sit in the laid back environment downstairs and just enjoy the people going in and out. The music was great, the drinks were cold, but the people made it an awesome experience. We will always make sure to keep JJ's as a "must do" when we pass through OKC.
