Performing as a drummer and percussionist over the years has developed dk.strickler’s sensibility as a DJ. He seeks out tracks that have intense beats, intelligent basslines and solid grooves. His record collection is a potent arsenal, which allows him to move with the crowd. Influences as diverse as dubstyle, deep house, indie-dance, afrotech, funky soul, Chicago House, and minimal techno all find their way into the mix and into the souls (and soles) of those tearing up the dance floor. This rhythm machine’s style is an ever-expansive, compelling, signature sound.
