DAVID WINANS' pi was formed in '05 with David Winans II on guitar ,with Greg Nelson seven-string guitar and Darren Wardlaw on drums. It later morphed into its present stage while working on its maiden cd,"3.14159265358+".The cd initially started with just David Winans II, on bass, guitars and keyboards and Gabe Gonzales on drums. With added guest appearances’ on the cd by Tommy Kozup, on drums “Requiem 43”, Dr. Amos Johnson on guitar, "Ones’ a Broken Heart", Dean Terian on guitar; “Kentucky Derby” Pamela Zuch on Tibetan bowls , "In Praise”.” Pop" Winans makes a vocal cameo on In Praise" "3.14159265358+" is looking at being completed by November of '09!!!!
