About East West Quintet

The East West Quintet is fast emerging as a new voice in jazz music. With a strong repertoire of innovative and original music, the group showcases the individual talents of its five members while maintaining a cohesive group sound. Since forming in 2003, the Quintet has been playing to packed houses of enthusiastic fans in New York City and throughout the West Coast. Described by one of their fans as Jazz with the energy of a rock band, the Quintet always puts on an exciting show, attributing their fast-growing popularity to their ability to connect with audiences of all types. The band's new album, "Vast," will be released in 2009.
