THE ACOUSTIC SOUND SESSIONS: The New EP From Ecouté
Featuring the all new track "Paint A Picture"
Ecoute (pronounced 'Eh-Coot-Ay') are a five piece band from the Reading area. Their music is a disturbingly infectious fusion of guitar driven, groove based rock and melodic pop. The BBC best described the bands sound by suggesting 'you could nail your foot to the floor, and that still wouldn't stop it tapping along to Ecouté's enormously catchy rock'.
The band have been together in one form or another since 2003. During that time they have released both a well received demo, and first full EP 'Tabula Rasa', in July 2006. The band have played all over the South East of England and are beginning to create a buzz on the London live circuit.
2007 will see many more live performances, as the band aim to capitalise on their potential. Most recently they have released their first acoustic EP with old and new tracks. With a new single also on its way its certainly an exciting time for the Reading 5-piece.
