DM12003: Poxxe - Iono EP OUT NOW! Darkmatter Soundsystem frequents their third visit to vinyl (DM12003) this time around with the Southern California native Poxxe. The 12" kicks off with a screaming dubstep floorkiller titled "The Malfunction" sure to incite soundsystems and crowds. Next up is the rattling tear out breakcore track titled "Funky Lizard" with Minion on the collab. On the flip side, the two tracks "Yellular" & "Plastic Hip" explore the more sparse rhythms and tones of Poxxe's sound. A cohesive, distinctive work that exhaustively explores some of electronica's darker realms. We love it.
