Electrometis (me) is a by-product of 80's electro pop :-) Only started writing again mid-2007 after a 20+ year break so I guess most of this stuff still has an 80's feel to it. I love all types of music but electro is my first love - although having said that, dance/techno seems to have crept into some of my tracks; probably because its such a happy sounding genre, and I'm a happy kind of person :-) .. At the moment, however, I am experimenting into a different direction - game music. Have always loved adventure games and also the music that accompanies them, so I'm working on an album at the moment which will be a kind of 'Quest' album. An illustrious adventurer embarking on a long journey to find Durandal, the magic sword. (yes, I know lol - just bear with me, I'm harmless honestly!) Anyway, the first four tracks are completed as I write this. The rest will be uploaded as and when I complete them - hope you enjoy what will be 'Quest for Durandal'. There are a couple of old video game tracks up on Taltopia that I did a while back - Zelda & Shinobi - if you want to listen. www.taltopia.com/electrometis .. Astrology is a big part of my life - hence some of my track titles....... I use Kinetic 2 for writing and recording & Wavepad for converting.
