My girlfriend had to work early the next morning so we had to take off semi early and couldn't seem to find you when we were leaving. Hi Ellis: Thanks for finding me! Loved your set last night! Who wrote the mill song? I sometimes do a "mill set" and that song would go nicely. My grandmother worked as a weaver right off the boat in Amoskeag mill. She left because of the big strike in '22. It was a blessing in disguise. Of course, I have a song about it. If you ever get the chance, check out "Left Side Shoulder Seam" by Dwight Phetteplace. A great mill song. Well, best of luck in your new home and state. ~Viki
hey ellis...already feel'n the void...i mean i'm happy for you and all....and know arkansas is gaining a jewel...so i'm happy for them...it's just we had far too many chances to hang...and far too few chats like last week...your wit and wisdom a gift shared...and cherished by many up this way for certain...thank goodness for the internet...makes is a tad easier to stay in touch and let the river flow...much muse and mojo...
