About me:
Taking into consideration the assumption of the existence of the parallel in tangible space, and not bringing that into question, the existence of that parallel universe would be remniscient of the fabric of what devises the theoretical naked singularity of a black hole.
(This is what would be considered the closest that I am aware of as being a fourth dimensionally tangible object, as it must have mass to exist in our universe, and is, due to it's gravitational yield, infinitely compressing time, based off of the postulate that as matter approaches the speed of light, time slows down around it, thus something with infinite acceleration would generate infinite speed, and infinite speed would stop time.)
It would then be defined that the same material that devises the naked singularity would be the same as that which defines our universe, akin to a Moebius strip, a finite boundary, with a simultaneously infinite surface.
Now. How the moebius strip has 2 sides, top and bottom. That would be as if it were an interpretation of one universe. From there, if you were to dissect the moebius strip in half,you would then generate an equally sized loop, one contained in the other. This would be a parallel interpretation of a finite universe, allowing expansion, whilst simultaneously decreasing it.
Now, How we, as humans living on earth, for centuries thought it was impossible to break earth's gravity, and in the recent history of the world has become possible. The same would not hold true for exiting our universe into an equal parallel, as the fabric of the universe would not be based off of gravity, but rather than through tangibility, and tangentality. (which are two separate words mind you, meaning things that exist, and coexistence with other parallels)
For the possibility to exit the universe as we know it, holding all things equal in value for defining our dimension versus another, would require unheard of technology, and precision, the extent of which would require stopping universal law. (for this example, I'm going to use a person, and lets say that they are naked, and without body hair to minimize the possible anomolies) For a person to pass, from our moebius strip, to the tangental one, they would have to come to the end of the universe fourth dimensionally (the width of the strip) as accellerating through physical space (the length of the strip) would yield you absolutely nothing.
Meaning a person would have to transcend the body human, and become pure conscious awareness to even have a chance. From there, that pure form of awareness would have to maintain form, via wavelength, fusion, or alternate methods that I can't even begin to consider. Upon which, that consciousness would have to reach the fourth dimensional barrier of our universe, and slip through the boundary of it, not through acceleration, but by losing it's physiology, and increasing it's temporality.
Which makes no sense.
But it makes no sense, because we aren't in the other dimension, as it would have opposing rules to ours. NOT opposite rules, as it stems from the same fundamentals of world creation as we know it, but different rules, that might have a common universal knowledge amongst life forms for existing more temporally rather than spatially.
