Active since the early 70's in the US & Scandinavia, ERIK lives his music and paints with his songs the many colorful moods and feelings that move us through the twists and turns of the human experience. Transcending the traditional with his upbeat rythmic trademarks and mysterious minor key melodies, his stories and pictures opening doors into landscapes of the heart.
MOLL has opened for legends Willie Nelson, Jerry Garcia (Grateful Dead), Taj Mahal, Louden Wainright, Peter Rowan, Hal Ketchum, Ramblin' Jack Elliot, Riders in the Sky, Butch Hancock, Jimmie Dale Gilmore and many more.
This is a mature artist at his peak, uncompromising and with great integrity, creating timeless quality music that appeals to everyone.
ERIK's 2008 Norwegian release GOOD TO GO captures his outstanding talent of delivering eclectic genres of original music with skill and passion. Produced by MOLL himself with a host of talent from his home town Bergen, he moves through perky uptempo grooves and melodic ballads, scatting, yodeling, whistling and vocally improvising psychedelic space sounds to the accompaniment of bass, drums, slide, accordian, violins, horns, keyboards, bouzouki, mandolin, tamboura, kora, harmonica, jaw harp, and lots of harmonies!

Hallo Erik. Jeg husker deg fra Bergen en gang på 19.hundretallet, sammen med en kar jeg ikke husker navnet på, men som visstnok reiste til Canada? "Hull i veggen?" Du lager jo fremdeles kul og fin musikk, så lykke til uansett hva du trenger det til. Jeg reiser til Arambol, Goa nå snart. Masse gode musikanter og andre kreative folk i alle farger og fasonger.
