Metalcore/Melodic Death Metal. Agressive, yet very melodic metal, featuring a lot of dual-guitar work. Mixed up deathcore, thrash, black, heavy, power and nu metal parts inerwined with memorable choruses gives you the sound of Evading Downfall.
About Evading Downfall (recording our first full-length)
Evading Downfall was formed by the guitar player Faruk Jazic and vocalist Andrej Merkadic, in September of 2006. After few rehearsals, the drummer Alexandro Alcantara Mulaosmanovic joined the band,bringing in the guitar player Vedad Livnjak.
With two months of hard work,the band comes out to play live for the first time ,as support for local hardcore bands.
Certainly it was a reckless and a risky decision, considering being a young band, in every possible way(the band's members age varies from 18-20)but it had to be done,to see if the direction in which the band is going is good. And so it went.
Band made head start, a lot of gigs followed up, allowing the band to practice live playing skills and during that time the first demo was released.
With another amount of played live gigs, it was decided to get in the studio again, to record PROMO containing the 5 band's songs. In that time the band changed the bass player, bringing in Sasa Dzino came to take over the bass duties.
The recording process took short time, but it was effective, and the next logical step was the presentation of CD. So on in September of 2007. Evading Downfall presented
Through The Eyes Of A Martyr EP,playing a gig in Club "KUK"to a huge crowd, with every ticket sold out.
Currently Evading Downfall is back in the studio "Radio 202", hard working to record the full length album which will contain 12 songs. Demo versions of the 5 songs can be heard on myspace.
