Had a total blast at the recent "Jukebox" show at the Cherry Bar! Some pretty cool surprises (like Wally singing Fleetwood Mac's Don't Stop!) and a great cover of She's a Rainbow, too!
And am I going crazy, or is that Wally in the recent Home Hardware commercial as the customer who buys a power drill? (No, I'm not kidding... I'm serious!)
Back to Life IS Sweet. It has tinges of Leaps and Bounds (is that the friendly ghost of Steve Connolly on the intro?) and recalls the Coloured Girls but with more interesting bass. Can't wait for the album. Do we get a QMF gig this November or do we have to wait for an election year? If so, bring on a double dissolution Kev...
