"Wendy Carlos hands Fabio Frizzi a synth from 1979 (6 years into the future) at Connie Plank's studio and asks him to put on red cheek make up, crash Pink Floyd's Wish You Were Here tones with a pet rain cloud imported from Fulci's studio, and replace their floyd fingers with zombie bodies.
Frizzi can't understand much of the english and wears make up that makes him look like a dead basset hound. Wendy's big adventurous idea for everyone is to make the Klaus Schultze movie "X Dume, Beyond Totalli Recalli". Part demon horror flick, part zombie shark and whale fight scenes, it is to be overpowered by the largest independent tentacle in the world. Corporations take notice and use this roaming squid appendage as a source of bringing dead pets back to life to work dullish day jobs, leviathinii walking on large makeshift scaffolding leggings with the power generated, and a it's also a proprietary syllogistic model for CEO loss set up in close circuit yacht videos.
Three main actors from the "Zombi Kluster il Dios" film series set up ARP synthesizers in front of the Luna Blu Della Tastiera squat in the skin tent outside petitioning with their arthritic hands, playing for the producers who sit meeting inside. Still, no executive decision on a cast. These tent people have all the demoni moves, and the demoni costuma. Deemed as holy visionaries in paper negligees, the other petitioning actors in demon or clown make up take photos with fire and torches, knowing that qualification is everything. The Evil Madness group admits that getting a few tips (or photos) doesn't hurt a career of charade. Many of these pictures (recaptured with pen) are in the nifty color booklet included with this CD release you will soon own. The "dirty pope" of Italy even sent his shadow to the site to make a mini disc recording of the monochromi that spilled out from the 1972 Schnitzurmixer into which the "il Dios" 3 were plugged into. You can hear pieces of all of this through "Demoni Paradiso". It is a homage to an age in Romelandi that bordered on Krautworld Terrestria."

Almost Tomorrow is the third full length collaboration album from Section 27 Netlabel founders Tam Ferrans and Andrew Paterson, under their Nonima & theAudiologist guise. This time around the sound is more melodic, and has a definite feeling of a complete and more mature sound than heard on the previous LP's "Dystopian Battle Hymns" and "Ceremony After Amputation". If you are familiar with their individual projects you may even be in for a slight surprise, as the tracks are not as beat driven like before, but are more atmospheric and sound, well... "bigger". In its 75 minutes, Almost Tomorrow takes you on a trip from the digital rain-soaked cavernous scraping in "Thoughtograph", the ethereal beat jittering of "The Colour of Rain", intercepted transmissions from unknown places in "Com-Intercept", "Ganzfeld"s huge yet strangely insect-like beats until everything you knew comes crashing around you in "Almost Tomorrow". Burning pianos, glitched out soundscapes and intricately programmed beatplay, this may well be their best work to date. Consider it the soundtrack to a rainy overcast day, but with just that glimmer of sunshine peeking from the clouds. "Almost Tomorrow" wears its heart on its sleeve.
To celebrate our first 27 releases on Section 27 Netlabel, we proudly present to you "Sectioned", a compilation of 27 tracks, amounting to 2 hours across two discs of twisted electronic beats, discordant melodies, haunting passages, broken ambience, bending senses of time and space, microscopic glitches, pounding bass frequencies, sounds between sounds, the human voice and the audible sensation of music dissolving in acid. This is the sound of your mind's eye. This is the sound of the Sectioned... Strap yourself in and enjoy the experience.
Also features a 75 minute bonus disc "Sectioned : Nonimxs", including 9 remixes of selected Section 27 artists by Nonima and 2 original tracks created by Silent Snow and Nina Kardec using existing Nonima tracks.
