Gerardo	Dec 3 2007 7:42 AM Küchen / Nordeson / Martín Trio Martin Küchen: saxofones Kjell Nordeson: batería Armando Martín: guitarra eléctrica y efectos El saxofonista Martin Küchen ha compuesto música para ensambles orquestales, proyectos de danza, poesía y cine experimental. Fue músico de circo y de bandas de punk. Sus principales proyectos son el cuarteto Exploding Customer, del cual es fundador y principal compositor, y su trabajo como improvisador en solitario. Colabora con en agrupaciones como Looper (con Nikos Veliotis e Ingar Zach), UNSK (con Birgit Ulher, Lise-Lott Norelius y Raymond Strid), además de su dueto con el guitarrista sueco David Stackenås. Kjell Nordeson, baterista y vibrafonista, reside en Estocolmo y en San Francisco, California. Estudió percusión clásica. Junto con el saxofonista Mats Gustafsson, formó el AALY Trio en 1986. Es miembro de grupos como Firehouse, School Days y Exploding Customer. Ha tocado con leyendas de la improvisación libre como Peter Brötzmann, Barry Guy, William Parker, Paul Rutherford, Gerry Hemingway y Ken Vandermark, y con músicos de concierto como Stefano Scodanibbio. Considerado por La Jornada como “probablemente el mejor guitarrista yucateco de jazz”, Armando Martín estudió la licenciatura en jazz en la Escuela Superior de Música del DF. En 2005 realizó una residencia artística en Cartagena, Colombia. Ha tocado con músicos como el pianista John Blum, el trombonista Brian Allen, el percusionista Chris Cogburn y la tornamesista María Chávez.
