EXTINCTION FRONT is born in 2005 to announce the beginning of the countdown for the humankind. By delighting the moment live by them, that's the last step of evolution before extinction. The message is clear and direct, and is transmitted through the power of a brutal shock wave that exterminates everything stands in its way.

The first demo was distributed in a low scale by making a couple of performances in Barcelona, which shaped up the EXTINCTION FRONT as a live band. These performances are played along with bands of renown like Assemblage 23, the japanese Gothika, Project Pitchfork, Melotron, KMFDM and others.

The album MOTHERVIEW comes to light after a long and complicated creation process which ended in 2008 and it was mastered by X-FUSION.

In 2009, after some sabotage attempts to destroy the project, EXTINCTION FRONT has been reinforced, giving now to live performing a truly power.

EXTINCTION FRONT nace en 2005 para anunciar el principio de la cuenta atrás para la especie humana. Regodeandose en el momento que nos ha tocado vivir, el ultimo paso de nuestra evolución antes de la extinción. el mensaje es claro y directo, y se transmite con la potencia de una brutal onda expansiva que extermina todo lo que encuentra a su paso.

La primera demo fue distribuida a pequeña escala haciendo posibles un par de actuaciones en barcelona que dieron forma a EXTINCTION FRONT como banda de directo. Se realizan actuaciones junto a bandas de renombre como assemblage 23, los japoneses gothika, project pitchfork, melotron y KMFDM entre otros.

El álbum MOTHERVIEW ve la luz después de un largo y complicado proceso de creación que termina en 2008 masterizado por X-FUSION.

en 2009, después de algún intento de sabotaje que pretendía destruir el proyecto, EXTINCTION FRONT se ve reforzado y su formación reestructurada, dotando a su música y a sus directos de, esta vez si, autentica potencia.
