The Eyes of Shiva´s band appeared in 2001 and the first álbum, “Eyes of Soul” was released in 2004 by JVC/Victor Entertainment,Inc. in Asia and Locomotive/Warner music in Europe and USA. “Deep” has a different concept compared to “Eyes of Soul”. The lyrics from “Deep” focus the current politic themes and social issues.
The songs sound more heavy, experimental and modern but the band still sounds with brazilian and latin influences. As Special Guest, “Deep” brings Andre Matos (Vocals), Hugo Mariutti (Guitars) from Shaaman and Fabio Laguna (Keyboard) from Angra. Another surprise that Eyes of Shiva made, was pay homage to the expert soccer player Zico, the actual coach of japonese national team. The band made a song called Kamisama.
The japonese album version will bring a second version of Kamisama with a portuguese chorus.“Deep” will keep up the success of Eyes of Shiva ´s band and will raise it up the highlight position of the band on the worldwide metal scene. Also the band plan to be touring in Japan and then to release the album in national territory.
“Deep” will show that Eyes of Shiva had been achieved a mature place in the metal scene. The international release will happen by JVC (Asia) on January of 2006.

Hey guys, thanks for adding me! You were my best discovery of 2004 and I was really curious to know what Deep would sound like... after listening to those 4 songs I am DYING for the new album!!!! I will LOVE IT! Keep up the good work!
